Our VAs are university graduates and they are well-experienced. We don’t hire newbies and we make sure that they have previous experience in working with clients as proven by their portfolios and resumes - which we background check.

Yes. The VAs should work for a minimum of 20 hrs a week.

It works in two ways - either you can share to them directly or we can use third party software like Lastpass and Dashlane. For our clients sharing their passwords directly, they are well protected by our contract which clearly states that all of the information shared to us and the VAs will only be used for project purposes.

We do organic lead generation in which our VAs engage and nurture qualified leads through proper scripting. Just by looking and evaluating the profiles of the leads, our VAs can already assess if they need the service and they have means to pay for it. If the lead is qualified, the VA sends a tested script and engages with the lead until such time that the offer can be presented and eventually the lead books a call with you.

Initially to manage your expectations, we get around a lead every other day up to at least one per day for the first 2-4 weeks as this is the warming up period of the accounts and testing of the scripts. Once the accounts and scripts have been established we can get 2 up to as much as 4 appointments per day (done by our best app setters).

Aside from the fact that our leads are already experienced, we provide ongoing support and training most especially if there are updates in their specific field of expertise. Also, we provide onboarding assistance so if you have existing training materials, you can handover them to us and we will be the one to transition them to the VAs.
