Pricing questions
Why is Senior cheaper per month than Intermediate?
Senior tier is 10 hours/week minimum vs Intermediate's 20 hours/week minimum. The per-hour rate is higher, but the lower weekly hours commit makes the monthly cost lower. You're paying for skill density, not volume.
Do I pay for hours my VA doesn't use?
No. You're billed for the weekly minimum hours of your tier. If your VA is sitting idle, your AM will flag it and we'll work with you to either scale up tasks or drop you to a lower tier.
Can I bundle services?
Yes. Many clients run a VA placement and a GHL build at the same time. Combined engagements get a unified onboarding and a single point of contact.
Is GHL software included in the price?
Yes. GoHighLevel platform fees are included in Silver and Gold tiers. Bronze tier is BYOL (bring your own license) for cost flexibility.
What if I need to pause my engagement?
Pause your VA with 4-5 days notice. Your slot stays warm for up to 30 days. When you restart, you get the same VA back, or a fresh match if they've been reassigned.
What about refunds?
The $100 deposit is fully refundable if we can't match you. Beyond that, we operate on a 48-hour replacement guarantee rather than refunds: if a VA isn't working out, we replace them at no charge.
