The situation
Sandeep was running a mid-sized financial services firm doing around $10k/month and wanted to scale. He was stuck deciding between hiring an employee or a contractor, and he didn't have the right systems in place to make either work. He had already tried LinkedIn automation, Facebook ads, and content marketing. None of it produced meaningful traction. He came to MYVA looking for both the people and the playbook.
What we did
We built a multi-channel acquisition engine: outbound across social and email, paid ads layered on top, and a sharpened ICP definition so the outbound was hitting the right targets. Then we placed five VAs into key roles inside Sandeep's business. They ran the outbound messaging, the media buying, and the day-to-day social media management. Their Account Manager kept the system aligned as the engagement scaled.
