The situation
Rich runs a mid-size coaching agency with a Mastermind group of coaches who each serve their own client base. The coaches already believed in outsourcing as a growth lever but didn't want the operational hassle of building and managing a VA team themselves. Rich needed a trusted partner who could deliver VA services to his mastermind coaches' clients, without pulling his agency into VA operations.
What we did
We co-built a pilot program with Rich's team. About 20 VAs placed across a selected group of the mastermind's clients. MYVA co-created the training material, drafted the SOPs, and designed the broader process architecture for an effective and scalable system. Multiple workshops and webinars aligned Rich's team and his coaches around the new offer before launch.
Results
- 20% lift in average ticket size for the mastermind's clients (they bundled the VA into their own offering)
- 15% growth in outreach volume across the pilot cohort, driving more qualified leads and booked appointments
- Pilot proved out the white-label partnership model; longer-term engagement is now in design
