We are a virtual assistant agency that works with small businesses and entrepreneurs to provide them with administrative support. Our team members are experienced in a wide range of administrative tasks and have worked for businesses of all sizes.
How we WORK
Survey- When you hire a virtual assistant, you want to make sure that you can trust them to get things done.
We’re dedicated to making sure your needs are met. The first step is our strategy call. During this call, we’ll review your business and its challenges to ensure that we understand your needs. It also allows us to ask any questions that might arise during the rest of the process, so we can ensure that we’re on the same page before we start working together. We will also ask some more in-depth questions about the project(s) that you need help with so we can create an effective action plan for your specific needs.
Agreement-Sign the Agreement and Set-Up fees. We require all our clients to sign an agreement that states the terms of service and pricing structure before starting the work. The agreement also mentions that we will not be responsible if there is any kind of loss or damage due to negligence or failure on the part of our end users or customers. The agreement also mentions that the client holds us harmless against any claims made by third parties and third-party websites or social media accounts established by our end users while they are working with us.
Project Initiation-Specifying the tasks to be performed by your ideal candidate. Let’s talk about your perfect candidate.
We have a few things we need to discuss before we get started. First, we are not a job board or freelancer website. We are an agency that works with clients to build their businesses, so we only want to work with people who want to work with us for the long term (we have worked with some of our administrative assistants for years). The second thing is that we need someone who loves what they do and can bring in new business for us – this will be a big part of your role!
Candidate Sourcing- We source high-caliber VA within 48 hours. We have an extensive network of high-caliber virtual assistants that we have personally trained. We source these virtual assistants from all over the world, so you can be assured that someone will assist you whenever you need it. Our goal is to provide you with a team of virtual assistants ready to help at a moment’s notice.
Meet and Greet-Meet and greet your VA. When you meet and greet your VA, they should be able to tell you about themselves. If they can’t, then they probably aren’t invested in their job or the company. You need someone who cares about what they do, who takes pride in their work, and will go above and beyond for your company.
Ask them about their interests and hobbies outside of work. Ask them about their family or friends — any aspect of their life that makes them more human than just another task on a list!
Onboarding-Assigned VA will onboard the client. Typically, the first step is to onboard your new Virtual Assistant. This means they will receive information about your business, your clients and their needs, and the best ways to communicate with them. This can be done via email or phone calls.
Start dates-Start date for VAs to officially work for you. Our hiring process determines the start date for your VA to formally work for you. This includes reviewing applications and interviewing candidates if needed.
Tasks Monitoring-Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Monitoring. We ensure that your virtual assistant is working on your tasks and projects. We monitor their work and communicate with you regularly. This way, we can keep you updated and ensure that you get the best service possible.
