Areas of your brand that needs clarity

The first step to marketing your business is getting crystal clear on your brand.

What is a brand? A brand is a promise of value. It’s what you say about yourself, but more importantly, what people say about themselves after interacting with you.

💥 This is an excellent time to think about the areas of your brand that needs clarity.

👀 If you’re still not sure, here are some questions to ask yourself:

1.)What is my brand? The key to a successful brand is clarity. The clearer you are about your brand, the better you will be able to communicate it to others.
The first step in creating a clear brand is to determine your brand. What does your company do? What are its core values? How does it differ from other companies in your field? What makes it unique and different?

2.)Who am I?
If you don’t know who you are, how can anyone else?
It’s a simple question, but one of the most important questions you can ask. Who am I? What do I stand for? Why do people care about me?
The answers to these questions are essential to defining your brand identity. They help shape your unique selling proposition (USP), which makes you different from everyone else. A well-defined brand identity enables you to create a consistent customer experience throughout all touchpoints.

3.)Why am I here?
This is an excellent time to think about the areas of your brand that needs clarity.
Why am I here? What value do I offer? How can I make things better for my customers?
Considering your brand, consider how it would benefit from being more purposeful. You can be something other than a nonprofit organization or a charity to have a purpose. Even if you’re running a small business, there’s always something that sets you apart from competitors. What is it?

4.)How do I want people to perceive me?
Before you can develop a brand strategy, you need to know what your brand is.
This may seem obvious, but it’s incredible how many companies don’t know how they want to be perceived. How do I want people to perceive me? What does my brand stand for? What makes me different from my competitors?

👉🏼Branding is an essential part of any business. It is the emotional connection between a consumer and a product, service, or company. It makes people want to buy your product over someone else’s.

👉 Marketing is how you reach those consumers. Marketing is how you tell them about your products and services so they can connect emotionally with your brand.

💡 Branding + Marketing = Success

🙆 They go hand-in-hand in creating a successful business because the other will fail if one fails. Your brand needs marketing to get your name out there, but if no one knows about your brand, then marketing isn’t going to do anything for you, either!

👌 What is your brand purpose?
