MeetYourVA was founded by Nayan Naik in 2021 with a simple observation: the businesses that need operational leverage the most, small and mid-sized service founders, have the least access to it. Fortune 500s have world-class talent, advanced systems, real operational leverage. The 6 and 7-figure service businesses building actual value in the economy are expected to figure all of that out themselves.
Five years and 700+ businesses later, MYVA is the ops team they would have hired if they had the time to build one. We embed into the business. We run the work. The founder steps back from the day-to-day of acquisition and back-office and focuses on what they're best at.
