Before you commit
Is there a minimum number of hours for VAs?
Yes. Our minimum engagement is 20 hours per week. Enough hours for the VA to build real context on your business, enough work for you to feel the leverage.
Is there a long-term contract?
No long-term lock-in. Month-to-month. You can pause with 4–5 days notice. Account stays warm during a pause.
What is the $100 deposit for?
Confirms you're committed to starting. Fully refundable if we can't find a VA match. Credited to your first invoice if we proceed.
How much of my own time will this take?
15 to 30 minutes per week of direction from you. Your Account Manager runs everything else.
How does billing work?
Bi-weekly on the 15th and last day of each month. VA time is tracked. No surprise charges.
What if the VA isn't a fit?
Your AM handles the replacement in 48 hours, no extra charge. Your backup VA covers priority tasks in the transition.
