Every VA reports to a US-based Account Manager (Paul or Francesca). They have your back. If a client is being unreasonable, your AM steps in. If you need coaching, you get it.
Paid weekly, no chasing
We pay weekly through our standard process. No invoicing back-and-forth, no waiting on clients to remember to pay you. You do the work, we handle the money.
Who we hire
You're a fit if
- College educated, English proficient (we'll test on the call)
- Full-time available, 40 hours per week
- Comfortable working US Eastern or US Pacific time zones
- Reliable internet (we ask for a speed test screenshot in the application for a reason)
- Comfortable on video, on calls, and writing daily end-of-day reports
- You've used or can quickly learn the tool stack: Canva, Riverside, ActiveCampaign, Notion, Google Workspace, Slack, GoHighLevel
You're not a fit if
- You're looking for part-time, gig-style work
- You can't commit to US time zones
- You're hoping to use this as a stepping stone to your own freelance business in 3 months
- You're not comfortable being managed and held to a clear performance standard

How our hiring works

Screening.
We review every application. If your application passes the initial filter, you'll hear from us within 7 days.

Skills test.
We send a short task relevant to the role you applied for. Real work, not a trick question. Pays nothing, takes 30-60 minutes.

Interview.
Video call with a member of our team. We test English on the call, walk through your experience, and see how you think under questions.
- 05
Trial placement.
If we want to move forward, we place you on a client trial for two weeks. If both sides are happy, you become a regular part of the bench.
From application to trial placement is typically 2 to 3 weeks. We hire fewer than 1% of applicants, but if you make it through, you tend to stay for years.
